Developers of learning environments need to be able design learning environments that meet a wide variety of student preferences and needs. This group is for educators who aspire to discuss and master the competencies necessary for exemplary performance and top customer service in a dynamic, rapidly changing education landscape. Group members share best practices, ideas, thoughts, reflections, and resources to help colleagues across the globe improve performance.
It is unfortunate that the times are changing and the government takes so long to keep up with it. E-learning has been around for years now, yet we still have so many people no quite understanding how it works properly in regards to copyrighting. I have a better understanding of how copyrights work as an educator. It can be challenging to understand the verbiage at times when you are not a lawyer.

I intend on applying the five different types of lecture format: expository, suspensful answer, problem solving, case study, and interactive.
I learned the diffferent types of questions that could be used: polar, leading, funnel, probing, open-ended.
I appreciated the listing of the navigational link types: overview, notes, calendar, assignments, discussion, location.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
